- Interested candidates who did not choose Federal University Otuoke as their first choice but wish to study in the university and scored 140 and above in the JAMB UTME are advised to do change of institution to Federal University Otuoke via JAMB website (www.jamb.org.ng).
- Applicants must not be less than 16 years of age
- Applicants must have a minimum mark of 140 in JAMB
- Applicants must possess at least five credits in their Olevel Results relating to their field of study

CANDIDATES WHO MAKE FALSE DECLARATION OF UTME SCORES, ORDINARY LEVEL RESULT GRADES (WAEC, NECO OR NABTEB) AS WELL AS STATE OF ORIGIN SHALL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR ADMISSION.
